HELP DESK & CALL CENTER SUPPORT
AGi provides on-site help desk and call center support. Considerable resources are invested in maintaining round the clock customer support and answering customer queries. Outsourcing this project to AGi can free up your manpower for other important tasks. We provided diligent Help Desk Services to the Department of Treasury, where our staff received over 200 end-user calls. Our technicians received, evaluated and responded to customer reports of equipment failures and ensured that those problems were timely dealt with.

Telecommunications Facilities Support:

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs entrusted us with the task of developing a turnkey multimedia system. We also designed a comprehensive plan to convert Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg WV, Post Theater into a state of the art Continuity of Operations (COOP) site.
