Robert Bannister

Robert Bannister is the President and CEO of AGi Mission Support Services. A native of Silver Spring, Maryland, he grew up in and out of Washington, DC. His industrial and technical expertise comes from the tutelage and mentorship he received from his colleagues and partners in the technical consulting industry. During the senior year of his high school, he gained a position with a government contracting company, which fueled his passion for computers and software. After studying Economics and Business Administration at Northeastern University, he worked in the Risk Management Department of a securities investment firm, which further added to his knowledge and expertise in the field of telecommunications. In 2011, he joined the government contracting sector in DC area and utilizing his expertise in project management, risk analysis and information technology, he gained considerable success. His passion and dedication has paved the way to AGi’s success. He considers his clients and employees as his most valuable asset and continues to motivate his team to achieve excellence.

Founder

Timothy Young

Timothy “Tim” Young founded AGi with the dreams of giving back and giving opportunities to his military and minority communities. Tim devoted twenty years of service to the U.S. Army and retired with the rank of Sergeant First Class. He was a dedicated family man and businessman who lived his life serving our country. Unfortunately, he lost his life battling cancer in 2013. He is an inspiration for our team and we endeavor to follow in his footsteps to fulfill his vision for AGi.
